The following table shows the dates and periods of each AVReporter software product according to their lifecycle and technical support.

Available until in eBusiness: The date of availability to buy in our e-shop.

Lifecycle Start Date: Release date of given product.

Service Pack Support End Date: The latest Service Pack shall be released until the given date.

Last available Service Pack date: The date of the latest Service Pack.

ComponentStore Update Support End Date: The last date for updating the ComponentStore with new elements (for example drivers, reports, dashboards etc…)

ComponentStore Support End Date: The last date of the ComponentStore’s availability.

Online Technical Support End Date: The last date the technical support is available (via phone or/and web)

 

 

*The dates can be differed according to other individually arranged maintenance or/and technical support contracts, agreements and can delay the final date as a result. These extended supports will only be available to the contracted Partner.
