1. Conditions of use

 

The following Conditions of Use apply to the services provided by KONsys Ltd. KONsys Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Use without previous notice. 1.1 Restrictions on use in case of private, non-commercial use

 

If the services are provided for private, non-commercial use. Cases different from this shall be specifically indicated in the license agreement of the product. You have no right to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, use for derivative work, transfer and sell any information, software, products and services obtained within the scope of the Services.

 

1.2 Use in case of commercial use

2. License management for KONsys software

Every software that is downloadable within the scope of the Services ("Software"), were made by KONsys Ltd. and / or its suppliers, covered by copyright. The conditions of the end user license agreements ("License Agreement") accompanying or attached to the software apply to the use of the Software. The end users cannot install any Software containing or associated with the Software License Agreements until they accept the conditions of the License Agreement.

The Software are only available for use for end users to download in accordance with the License Agreement. Copying or redistributing the Software, contrary to the License Agreement, is considered a breach of the law, thus it may entail severe civil procedures and criminal consequences. Any possible legal steps will be made against those who violate the above provisions.

Without limiting the above, copying or reproducing the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited, unless the license agreements accompanying the software does not expressly permit such copying or redistribution.

3. Guarantees, liability exclusion statements and limitations of liability

 

Only the guarantee that may be under the terms of the license agreement shall be provided for the software. KONsys hereby declares that it does not provide any guarantee or condition of the software in addition to the guarantees in the license agreement, including expressed, implied or statutory warranties and conditions about launching the products on the market, their suitability for a purpose, title and the exemption of infringement.

KONsys shall not assume any liability for the errors or lacks of information, software and other documents this website referred to or which is related to it by reference.

KONsys shall not assume any liability for any special, unpredictable, indirect or consequential loss or damage (that arise including, inter alia, damages arising from the following: (1) the use of materials presented, (2)  replacement costs, (3) loss of usage, data or profit, (4) delays or accidents, (5) any theory of liability resulting from the use or the performance of the information or in connection with it), regardless of the fact whether KONsys was informed about the possibility of such damages.

KONsys allows anyone to connect to the website of KONsys if the related party complies with the following conditions.

A page that is linked to the KONsys website is required the following:

• It can be connected to the contents of the KONsys website, but cannot copy it;
