How does it work?

When requesting the Remote Engineer Assistance, submit a support ticket providing detailed information about your project, deployment and the issue you are experiencing. One of AVR’s engineers will contact you to establish if the case is a bug issue or technical assistance required. If technical assistance required by us, we will ask you to purchase an estimated amount of credit via our e-business site and submit the required credits. Once this has been done the next step is to schedule a meeting at an appropriate time and send you a WebEx invitation or set up a TeamViewer session. It is important that the person who is directly involved with the issue takes part in the meeting.

How much does it cost?

To access the service, you need to purchase Remote Engineer Assistance credits. The minimum purchase amount is 1 credit for about 50 Euro, which covers 15 minutes of Remote Engineer Assistance.
