Layout of the main screen:
The main screen can be divided into four parts according to its functions.
Application Browser:
The application browser is a tree view based file browser into which the reports, dashboards, files applied by the user automatically load. Besides (Business- Intelligence) report files (*.biq and *.rdlc) and dynamic dashboards (*.ddc), it is able to receive and display any html or asp web pages and pdf documents. Uploadable document types inlcude biq, rdlc, ddc, asp, aspx, html, and pdf.
| • | Group reports: reports belonging to one user group with the same content for each user. Authorized administrator can edit, upload or delete reports only. |
| • | User reports: user’s own reports and files which he can edit or delete freely and upload with arbitrary content. |
| • | Standard reports: accessible reports for each user. Authorized administrator can edit, upload or delete reports only. |
Application Browser can be hidden with button shown at
the top of the menu bar.

By clicking buttons in the top menu bar, the settings and functions of the WEBPublisher can be accessed. The user can choose the required language and find the log out button here too. The functions of the buttons appear in a pop-up textbox if we navigate the mouse over the buttons.
Under the top menu bar, the user’s added own links can be found (example:
). Altogether 11 own files can be added with arbitrary content.

RSS feed:
The horizontally placed feed bar at the bottom of the screen links to the latest news and information available on the product. By clicking on the text, the browser navigates the user to the appropriate website where all the information regarding AVReporter application can be read. The feed can be either displayed or hidden using the appropriate menu in the settings menu.
Content part:
The documents selected in the application browser can be displayed in the content part covering the substantial part of the screen (reports, dashboards, pictures, external websites and other documents, etc.).
In the picture above the content part is empty. The user has the option to set any displayable content as a homepage.
