In the Scheduler we can schedule and start tasks (reporting, sending e-mail, printing, etc.) based on dates. This can be like starting a query at a given time every day, or starting a plugin. The AVReporter Scheduler uses the Scheduler of the Windows, so its user interface can be familiar for those who had already performed such operations in the operation system.

We can find our scheduled tasks in the Task List. We can edit the items in the list by clicking on the Edit key. To delete the task click on the task to be deleted, then on the "Delete current task" key. If we want to run the given task not in the scheduled time but immediately, click on "Run now" (e.g.: we want to test it). The list can be updated by the "Refresh" key.

We can also export the scheduling list, which we can do by clicking on the "Export list" key.

In the bottom part of the window we can review the characteristics of the actually selected scheduling, when it will run again, who created it, when it ran last time.

We can add a new item by clicking on the "Add new task" in the Operations panel. Then we have to choose from the list which task we want to schedule. Not only the reports, but starting of plugins can also be scheduled. If we select a report, then by clicking on the left button we can decide if we want to open the query at the given time, or execute, or maybe export to PDF or Excel formats.

If we select an operation, then we have to give a name to the scheduled task, and the Scheduler of Windows will open where we can configure in details the required time intervals.
