The user can access the Basic Reporter Module through Desktop Manager by clicking on Basic Reporter. The opening screen is shown below.  Note that in order to begin creating reports, the user must first ensure that the database connection(s) have been configured through Settings in the Desktop Manager.  Only then will the metering devices and metered values be available in the list shown in the left pane.
