Reports in the application browser can be modified, main parameters can be changed (note: full modifications of reports can only be done in AVReporter desktop version of Business- Intelligence module). After modifications the file can be saved or run.

There are two possibilities for modifying a report:

We right mouse click on the report chosen in the application browser, the click on “Modify”
After running the report, click the button in the top menu bar and then the modification page of the report appears and the current report parameters load.

Parameters that can be changed:

Report title
Interval dates of the query, which can be pre- defined or custom data
Variable data table
Grouping period
Editing variables
oEditing quantity and constant variables
oChanging multipliers and units

More information about parameters can be found at http://www.konsys-international.com or in the “help” menu of Business-Intelligence module.

Editing variables:

In the list of the variables, click on the desired element so that the name, multiplier, and unit of the variable appear, which can then be modified on- demand. If the quantity needs to be changed as well, then click on the button next to the name of the variable.  The unit belonging to that very variable will be marked in the tree view displayed. Units of the selected quantity can also be changed.

Saving variable:

After modification, the variable needs to be saved with the “Apply” button. This is required for each variable. This step is not the same as saving a report. Only the variable is saved.

Saving report:

Reports can be saved by using the “Save” button, whereby the original report will be overwritten, or by using the “Save as” button with a new name and desired folder.
Using “Save” button is only possible if the report was opened from “User reports” group. Files of “Group reports” and “Standard reports” cannot be overwritten as they can be useful for the other members of the group as well. Nevertheless, by using “Save as” button any report can be saved in its own folder.

Using “Save as” window:

After clicking “Save as” button choose the target folder from the list in the pop-up window, choose an icon, or choose the default one. Name the file and click on the “Save” button.

! IMPORTANT: There are a few browsers that disable pop-up windows so the “save as” button may not open. In order to avoid this, pop-up windows must be enabled in this browser.
