By clicking button 
in the top menu bar, we can reach the system settings.
System settings can be accessed by an authorized administrator only. From this page, we can move on to three further pages:
| 1. | Manage user account - managing, deleting existing files, adding new ones |
| 2. | Manage security groups - managing, deleting existing security groups, adding new ones |
| 3. | Other system settings - adding global system settings |
