The previously created queries (reports) are displayed in the list of the given application module. From here we have the possibility to arrange them into different report groups. By clicking on the right mouse button over the list, we can arrange the list items based on name, or date. (See: Adding report to report groups)
If we click on a report by the left mouse button, the following menu window will appear in the opening menu:
| • | Open query: we can open the given query, but the given query will not be performed |
| • | Start Execution: the selected query will be performed immediately and the results are displayed (in the report) |
| • | Export as EXCEL: we can export the results of the given query into an EXCEL type file |
| • | Export as PDF: we can export the results of the given query into an PDF type file |
| • | Add report file(s) to list: additional report files can be added to the list of Actual reports (for example: reports taken from another computer) |
| • | Add report to favourite: this case the actual report can be accessed from the favourites from the menu bar by a simple click. |

Note: We can print a report by the given reporter application module or by the Scheduler.
