After having set the query options, you have the possibility to save the settings so that you can load them later (for example if you want to make a regular monthly consumption report). To save the report click on Save in file menu. If you have selected Settings of making a report, in addition to the settings, the report itself will also come up upon loading through Desktop Manager. You can furthermore save the settings you have just set without taking any effect. When opening the saved query, only the parameters previously set up will load. When saving, you can also define a logo and a profile colour to your report.

 

 

In addition to the query parameters, the following will be saved:

 

 

Date settings (starting day of the week, time shift in seconds) will also be a part of the query file.

 

 

 

You can load your query in File menu/ Load query menu.
