The Expression Groups Panel includes those expression groups on which we are working. The groups are found in a list, in the left panel that includes the name of group, the report style template, and the color profile file.
We can perform different operations on each group by clicking on a group to add, edit, delete, rename, get info, import, export, or clone a group.
If we click in an empty space in the pane, we can add, delete all, or import groups.
If we click on an existing list items with the right mouse button, then the panel of the executable operations will open:
| • | Add new group: a new group can be added to the list |
| • | Delete selection: the actually selected group will be deleted |
| • | Delete list: we can delete all the items of the list |
| • | Modify: we can change the parameters of the actual group |
| • | Clone group: we can make copies of the actually selected item |
| • | Rename: we can change the name of the actual group |
| • | Group information: short summary on the number of variables and expressions in the group. |
| • | Export group: we can save the group and we can use it in another query later on (.XGF file) |
| • | Import group: serves for loading the exported groups (.XGF file). |
