User settings can be accessed by the button 
of the top menu bar.
User settings can be accessed by every user except for those that are prohibited by the system administrator. From here, seven further pages can be reached:

| 3. | Manage user interface layout settings - layout settings of user interface (hide menus, application of customized style file |
| 4. | Manage start page - select start page appearing after logging in |
| 5. | Manage Email settings - access of SMTP server and authentication settings |
| 6. | Change password - change log in password |
| 7. | Change time zone - set desired time zone |
