File and Help bar

On the top of the window you can access to the general menu items of the programs.

By clicking on the File menu item you can access to the following functions:

•	We can load in a previously saved query

•	We can access the general settings menu of AVReporter Desktop Manager

•	We can change the language of application

•	We can update the main window of the program

•	We can import and export groups

•	We can exit the program

By clicking on the Help point we can access the following points from the drop-down list:

•	We can view the Help file

•	In case we have internet connection, the on line help can be accessed through the web

•	We can display the information of the language database (version number and the languages installed)

•	The version number and the legal status of the installed AVReporter
