Under the Other settings tab you have the following options:
| • | Show configuration dialog on next startup: if we enable this function then the configuration window will come up when starting the software like in case of first startup |
| • | Double click start the application in tree of Application browser : we have the possibility to directly start the given module by double clicking on the module in the Application browser. |
| • | Protect application with username and password: we can limit the access to AVReporter Desktop Manager by requesting a user name and password. |
| • | Hide reporter application main window on report execution: if we run a report from the Actual reports list, we have the possibility to display just the report while the application module is hidden (runs in the background). In case we export a report in a scheduled task to Excel or PDF format, it is recommended to enable this function, since the application module will not be closed after completing the task. Similarly, if the Hide the Reporting Application function was not enabled when creating scheduling, we cannot enable it later on, since the saved settings will be loaded from the parameter file when running it again. Modification is possible only by deleting the scheduled task and creating it again. |
| • | Show all job in scheduler list: by the help of this not only the tasks created by AVReporter are displayed. |
