User Groups

 

User Groups are collections of user accounts that all have the same security rights. If you have an administrator account, you can create custom user groups, move accounts from one group to another, and add or remove accounts from different groups. When you create a custom user group, you can choose which rights to assign. Data and report access can be segmented by user group. User groups can be restricted from seeing data and reports that utilize sources that they would not normally have permission to access.

 

User Accounts

 

User Accounts are members of one group.  Each user has a login name, password, list of accessible menus and features.
