By clicking on the list component of the AVReporter Desktop Manager the general settings of the modules can be accessed:
| • | Under database settings we can specify the connection parameters of the database used by the modules. |
| • | In the Favourites list we can save the database settings which we want to use in the future as well. We can add the actual Database settings by clicking on the "Add to Favourite" key. If we want to load in a database connection for actual usage, we have to double click on the selected item. If we want to eliminate an item, you should select it, then click on the "Remove Favourite" key. |
| • | In the Other settings we can modify the language of the modules and that of the application, the font in the reports of software modules, as well as the extent of rounding of data (in the reports) in the Rounding Format. |
| • | In the manage Settings menu item we can apply the parameters specified in the basic Settings in the software modules. For this click on "Save and apply settings" key (E.g.: We can also apply different settings in each module, see more details in the Help menu of the given module). |
